Greenviewsoft Terms of Service
Greenviewsoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides web hosting, domain registration, and web design services to clients worldwide. We are dedicated to safeguarding each client and delivering exceptional services. By utilizing Greenviewsoft’s services, you agree to adhere to the following terms of service:
Account Setup and Email Details:
We will establish your domain hosting account upon receipt of full payment. Account activation is subject to payment verification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is current and accurate. All hosting cPanel login details will be sent to the email address provided. Furnishing false contact information may lead to account termination.
Payments and Renewal:
Our domain and hosting services operate on a pre-paid basis. Payments must be made in advance using bKash, Rocket, Nagad mobile banking, Bank Transfer, or check. Renewal notices will be emailed 1 to 30 days before the renewal date. Failure to renew by the final renewal date may result in suspension of your hosting and domain. Greenviewsoft is not accountable for data loss. Web hosting plans necessitate payment before account setup. We suggest using bKash for convenient payment processing in Bangladesh.
Late Payments:
Billing is based on the account activation date. Failure to remit payment for service renewal 7 days before the renewal date will lead to suspension. If payment is not made within 15 days following suspension, your account will be terminated. Email reminders will be dispatched until deactivation.
Transfers:
Our technical team can assist in transferring your site from another host. While hosting transfer is not our primary responsibility, it is offered as a complimentary service. Greenviewsoft provides a free transfer of one account for shared hosting, 25 accounts for Reseller, 50 accounts for VPS, and 100 accounts for a dedicated server. Additional transfers require payment.
Content Not Allowed:
Prohibited content includes hacking-related, sexual/adult, IRC scripts/bots, proxy scripts/anonymizers, pirated software/warez, hacker sites/archives/programs, scripts with corn job intervals less than 30 minutes, e-mail marketing scripts, and MLM/investment websites/apps.
Backups and Data Loss:
Utilizing Greenviewsoft services carries inherent risks. Our backup service runs weekly (Friday or Sunday) and is provided as a courtesy. Greenviewsoft assumes no liability for files and data stored on your account. You are responsible for your data and backups. No backups will be offered for accounts suspended or terminated.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Greenviewsoft reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or limit access to accounts with or without notice. Dissatisfied clients can request a full refund within the initial 30 days (hosting only). A detailed reason is necessary. If the issue is not resolved promptly, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will not be granted for violations of terms and conditions resulting in suspension.
