Greenviewsoft strictly prohibits the use of our web hosting services for the following categories:

Violations will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  1. Account Setup and Contact Information

Your hosting account will be activated upon receipt of full payment for services. Activation is contingent on payment verification. Maintaining accurate contact information, particularly your email, is mandatory. False information may result in account termination.

  1. Payments and Renewals

Greenviewsoft operates on a pre-paid basis.

Payment methods include bKash, Rocket, Nagad, bank transfer, or check. For quicker payment, bKash is recommended.

  1. Late Payments

Payment must be made 7 days before renewal. Services will be suspended upon non-payment and terminated 15 days after suspension. Email reminders will be sent.

  1. Transfers

We offer free transfers as follows:

  1. Domain Suspension/Disabling

Domains suspended due to violations of laws or regulations will not be refunded. Greenviewsoft will cooperate with legal authorities if required.

  1. Expired Hosting or Domain

Expired services will result in loss of ownership or access. Renewal and activation are required to regain access. Clients are responsible for timely renewal and backups.

  1. Unauthorized Use of Resources

Excessive server resource consumption is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

  1. Prohibited Content

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  1. Backups and Data Loss

We provide courtesy weekly backups but are not liable for data loss. Clients are responsible for their own backups, especially for suspended or terminated accounts.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Services may be canceled, suspended, or restricted for violations of these terms. Refunds are available under our Refund & Return Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services.

  1. Domain and Hosting Responsibilities

Failure to renew hosting or domain services before the expiration date may result in loss of ownership, service suspension, or data loss. Greenviewsoft will not provide file access or allow domain transfer for expired domains. To regain access or transfer, the client must first renew and activate the service plan.

Clients are advised to renew domains and hosting services promptly to avoid additional costs or the risk of permanent loss of data or domain ownership.

Greenviewsoft is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to non-renewal. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely renewal and backup of all data.
